We are Currently Seeking:
A fully-licensed psychologist or social worker (PsyD, PhD, or LCSW) who:

Is licensed to practice independently in New Jersey.

Has a strong passion for working with elementary-aged children and adolescents.

Understands and embraces a nervous system-informed and neurodivergent-affirming approach.

Is warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive.

Is available to see clients during after school/evening hours and/or weekends.
The position begins as part-time, with the option to grow into a full-time caseload if desired.
Who We Are
Transformations Therapy Center (TTC) is a thriving, fee-for-service group psychotherapy practice located in Springfield, NJ. We specialize in supporting children, teens, and parents/caregivers through life's stressors, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral struggles, and more.
Our approach is trauma-informed and nervous-system-based, meaning we move beyond symptom reduction and into deep emotional attunement, co-regulation, and empowerment for children and their caregivers.
